Hi friend! Let me introduce myself:

I am a clinical nutritionist and certified yoga instructor trained in a functional approach to healing. I am passionate about estrogen dominance because I have struggled with this imbalance for a large majority of my life. I had fibrocystic breast tissue starting at age 15, terrible periods, fatigue, mood swings, acne and was on birth control for over 7 years trying to control my symptoms.

When I stumbled upon a study explaining the possible symptoms that can happen with high estrogen it was like I finally felt understood. Addressing this and working with my body’s natural rhythms helped me gain clarity and gave me the courage to go after my magnum opus (great work); my dream business that helps other women achieve their goals by working with their body.

I help women address one of the most common hormone imbalances, estrogen dominance, so that they can support their fertility and make informed decisions about their life and body.
