What is Estrogen Dominance?

Estrogen dominance is one of the most common hormone imbalances in women and happens when estrogen is higher than it should be in relation to progesterone. 

Estrogen - A group of hormones that support the formation of an egg and healthy uterine wall. Gives you that feminine feel good energy.

Progesterone - Hormone that spikes in the second half of the cycle that prepares the body for potential baby. Keeps you cool, calm and collected.
